Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.

In order to return your item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, so it must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, please contact us at info@arroma-bar.sk. Please note that the item must be returned to the following address: Slovakia, Bratislava, Einsteinova 18, 851 01 

If we approve your return request, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess and rectify the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept backorders or items purchased using gift certificates.


Exchanges
To ensure that you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, please return the delivered goods and make a separate purchase of the new goods once your return has been received.

14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. However, your goods must still be in the same condition as when you received them, so they must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will let you know and inform you whether we have approved your refund. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and send the refund.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    We understand that preferences may vary. You can return or exchange the perfume if it doesn’t meet your expectations under the following conditions:

    Return Process:
    Notify us within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.

    The product must be returned in its original bottle, ensuring no significant reduction in the product's volume (minimum 90% of the initial amount).

    Verification Period:
    After receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check within 3 business days to confirm:

    • It matches the perfume originally sent.
    • It has not been altered or replaced.

    Resolution:
    Once the product is verified, you can choose:

    • A refund to the original payment method.
    • A replacement product of your choice (shipping costs may apply).

    Under Slovak consumer protection law (Act No. 102/2014 Z. z.), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

    Important Details:

    • The returned product must be in its original condition, with no signs of excessive use.
    • Refunds include the product's price and standard delivery costs. Additional delivery costs for premium options will not be refunded.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment.

    Exceptions:

    • Due to the nature of refillable perfume products, refunds for opened or used products may only be granted if there is a quality issue confirmed by us during the verification process.

     

    • How to Initiate a Return or Withdrawal

      2. Send the product back to our address:

      4. Fill the blank of return.

      Note: Please do not send items via cash-on-delivery (COD), as such parcels will not be accepted.

      • Shipping Costs and Refunds

        Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

        • For free returns, customers can request a prepaid return label (if applicable) via our customer service team.

         

         

        Important Notes

        1. Products returned beyond the 14-day period or without prior notification may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
        2. Significant reduction in the product's quantity (less than 90% remaining) or signs of tampering may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.
        3. Refunds or exchanges for discounted or promotional items may be subject to additional terms.
